EmbodyWay is a movement practice platform built around gymnastics rings training. It combines structured strength programs with educational content to help you build an honest, sustainable practice.

Do I need experience with rings?

No. The Rings Body Program Level 1 is designed for complete beginners. If rings intimidate you, that's exactly where RB1 meets you.

What equipment do I need?

A set of gymnastics rings and a place to hang them. That's it. No gym membership required.

How much time does it take?

The program is designed for 2 practices per week, each lasting 45-60 minutes. It's built to fit into a real life.

What's the difference between Lite and Premium?

Lite gives you full access to all programs and content. Premium is designed for committed practitioners who want mentorship, technique guidance, and deeper integration into the EmbodyWay practice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Lite is billed every 3 months. Premium is billed yearly. You can manage or cancel from your account settings anytime.

How does the coaching work?

You can submit videos of your practice and receive technique guidance to help you refine form and stay aligned with the practice.

What if I'm already strong?

Start with the level that matches your current abilities. The program has 4 levels, and you can begin at Level 2, 3, or 4 if you meet the prerequisites.

Is there a community?

Yes. Both memberships include access to the EmbodyWay community where you can connect with other practitioners, share progress, and get support.

How often is new content added?

Every 2 months. Both the Programs and the Movement Classroom are a living space. New skills, tutorials, and lessons are added as the practice evolves.

Can I pause my membership?

You can pause your membership for up to 30 days from your account settings. Your progress and access will be waiting when you return.

Is there a refund policy?

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
