A practice shaped around you.
Your goals matter. But so do your history, your body, your schedule, and the way you want to live. We begin there, then build a personal practice that can evolve with you. Choose the level of support you need: a new path with clear direction and more room for autonomy, or a closer mentoring relationship throughout the process.
Who This Is For
You don't need another routine. You need a direction that makes sense for you.
You can begin from different places. What matters is that you are ready to participate in the process rather than simply follow another generic plan.
You want direction
You are tired of collecting exercises and second-guessing what to do next. You want a clear path connected to a real objective.
You have reached a plateau
You have already built some experience, but training alone is no longer showing you what needs to change. You need an outside eye.
You are rebuilding
You are returning after an injury, a long break, or a demanding season of life. You want to move forward without ignoring where your body is now.
You want your practice to last
You are not interested in burning yourself out for a short-term result. You want strength, skill, and freedom that can stay with you for years.
Why 1:1
A body is never just a list of goals.
You bring your training history, habits, asymmetries, doubts, responsibilities, and ambitions into every session. A useful program has to account for all of them. That is what personal coaching allows us to do. We create a structure, observe how you respond, and adjust the path as your practice develops. The plan gives us direction, but it is never more important than the person following it.
A plan built around your body, goals, equipment, and available time
Progressions that meet your actual starting point
Technical feedback from someone who is paying attention
Adjustments when your body or circumstances change
The same personal foundation. A different rhythm of support.
Both paths begin with an individual assessment and a program designed specifically for you. The difference is not the quality of the plan. It is how frequently I step into your process and how closely we work together along the way.
Until recently, my 1:1 work has only been available through close Mentorship. I have now opened a second path: 1:1 Guidance.
It is designed for people who still want a practice built around them and support every week, but do not need me to review their full practice as frequently. It creates more room for autonomy without leaving you alone in the process.
1:1 Guidance
More autonomy. Weekly support. Clear direction when it matters.
For practitioners who can follow a program independently but still want personal programming, weekly contact, an experienced outside eye, and regular course correction.
Every week, you share a short practice check-in and can bring forward specific questions, difficulties, or changes in how your body feels. You receive support throughout the process, while a more detailed technical review of your videos takes place every two weeks.
1:1 Mentorship
More proximity. A deeper working relationship.
For practitioners who want me more present in the process. We review your practice in depth every week, speak privately each month, and meet for two live practice sessions during the three months.
These can take place in person in Barcelona or online, depending on where you are.
This is not a choice between beginner and advanced, or between being less and more committed. A beginner may have the autonomy to thrive in Guidance, while an experienced practitioner may value the closer observation of Mentorship. Choose according to the relationship and rhythm of support you need, not the level you think you should be.
THE PROCESS
From conversation to practice.
The same four steps apply to both paths. What changes afterwards is how frequently we return to your practice together.
Step 1
Application
You complete a short application about your practice, your goals, and the support you are looking for. Then you book a call directly from the confirmation page. We talk it through, I tell you honestly whether I can help and which path I would recommend.
Step 2
Assessment
Once you join, you send videos of specific positions and movements. I review how you move, where you compensate, and what your body is ready for. This becomes our real starting point rather than an assumed one.
Step 3
Your program
I design a practice around your body, your objective, the equipment you have, and the time you can realistically commit. Clear progressions, and a reason behind every choice.
Step 4
Practice and adjustment
You practise, share how it is going each week, and we adjust. In Guidance we go deep into your technique every two weeks. In Mentorship we do it every week and speak privately each month.
THE FOUNDATION
Personal from the beginning.
Whichever path you choose, you are not receiving a recycled template. The foundation of the work remains personal.
An individual assessment of how you move
A practice program designed specifically for you
Weekly contact and support throughout the process
Technical review of your videos, at the rhythm of your path
Continuous adjustments as your body and life change
Full access to the EmbodyWay membership while you are coached

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH
Movement has been my path for more than a decade.
I have been sharing my movement practice online since 2013, and I co-founded SaturnoMovement, a channel that grew beyond a million subscribers. Those years taught me how to explain movement clearly, but personal coaching is where the work becomes real: one body, one person, one practice at a time. That is why I keep the number of spots small. I would rather work closely with a few people than superficially with many.

WHAT CHANGES
You stop guessing and start relating to your practice differently.
Progress is not only the skill you unlock or the weight you move. It is also the clarity to know what you are working on, the awareness to notice what your body is telling you, and the confidence to adapt without losing direction.
Clear direction in every session, with a reason behind each exercise
Progress you can feel in your body and see in your videos
Confidence in how you move, and in what you choose not to do
Structure that holds without pushing you into burnout
A practice that finally feels like yours to continue
ENROLMENT
Choose how closely you want to work together.
Both options require a minimum commitment of three months. This gives us enough time to assess, build, practise, and make meaningful adjustments rather than rushing toward a result. To protect the quality of the work and the attention I can give each person, I keep the number of spots small.
1:1 Guidance
Personal direction, weekly support, and more room for autonomy.
1:1 Mentorship
A closer process with more frequent observation and dialogue.
Questions
Before we talk
What is the real difference between Guidance and Mentorship?
+
Both include an individual assessment, a program designed for you, weekly contact, and continuous adjustments. In Guidance, I review your technique in depth every two weeks. In Mentorship, I do it every week, we speak privately once a month, and we meet for two live practice sessions during the three months.
Which path should I choose?
+
Choose according to the rhythm of support you need, not the level you think you are at. If you can follow a program on your own and want direction plus regular course correction, Guidance is enough. If you want me looking closely at your practice every week, choose Mentorship. If you are unsure, apply and say so: I will tell you honestly which one I think fits, and I will not push you toward more support than you need.
Why is there a three month minimum?
+
Because less than that is not enough to assess honestly, build a structure, practise it, and adjust it. In one month you get a plan. In three, you get a practice that has already been tested and corrected against your real life.
What if I am a complete beginner?
+
That is a good place to start. Coaching meets you where you are, and a beginner often has the autonomy to thrive in Guidance. If the rings intimidate you, you are exactly who this was written for.
What happens after I apply?
+
I read your application personally and reply by email within 24 hours. I will tell you whether I believe I can help, which path I would recommend, and how to begin. Applying does not commit you to anything and does not reserve a spot: your place is confirmed once the application is accepted and payment is complete.
What equipment do I need?
+
A set of gymnastics rings and somewhere safe to hang them is ideal, but we work with what you have. Tell me about your space in the application and I will build the program around it. You will also need a phone to film yourself, which is how I see how you move.
Can you coach me if I am returning from an injury?
Often yes, but not always. If you are in an acute phase or under medical treatment, your health professional comes first and coaching may need to wait. Tell me your situation in the application and I will be honest about whether this is the right moment.
What if I cannot practise three times a week?
Then we build a program for the time you actually have, not the time you wish you had. Two focused sessions a week that you complete are worth more than four you abandon. The application asks about this for exactly that reason.
Do I also get access to the EmbodyWay membership?
Yes. Full access to every program and to the community is included for as long as you are being coached, on both paths.
Can I move from Guidance to Mentorship later?
Yes, if a spot is open. Some people start in Guidance, discover they want closer observation, and move across. You pay the difference from that point forward, not retroactively.
What happens after the first three months?
We look at where you are and decide together. You can continue month to month at the same price you started with, step back into the membership and practise independently, or stop. There is no automatic renewal you have to fight your way out of.
Is there a call before I join?
Yes, once you have applied. The application tells me where your practice is, and the call is where we check whether this is the right fit for both of us and which path suits you. You book it yourself right after sending the form, so nothing waits on email.
BEGIN YOUR PRACTICE
How closely do you want to be accompanied?
Send your application and tell me where your practice is now. You can book a call straight afterwards, and we decide together whether this fits and which path suits you.
The practice continues.
