EmbodyWay is operated by YASSIRTRAINER USA INC, a company registered in Florida, United States, with its principal place of business in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Yassir Khrichef is the person who reviews and responds to coaching applications.
When you submit a coaching application we collect your name, your email address, the coaching path you are interested in, your answers about your current practice, your goals for the next three months, what is preventing you from progressing, how much time you can dedicate each week, and any additional context you choose to share.
When you join a membership or purchase a program, our payment and coaching platform collects the information needed to process your payment and deliver the service. We do not store your card details.
When you visit the site we may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device and pages visited.
The application form does not ask about your health. We do not request medical records, diagnoses, symptoms, injuries or file uploads at this stage, and we ask that you do not include them in your answers.
If your application is accepted and you begin coaching, we will ask separately about anything that affects how you can train safely. That conversation happens during onboarding, once there is a contract between us, and only to the extent needed to design appropriate progressions.
To review and respond to your coaching application, on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. To deliver the membership, programs and coaching you have purchased, on the basis of performance of that contract. To keep the site working and secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
We do not add applicants to any marketing list through the application form. If we ever offer a newsletter, consent for it will be separate and optional.
Webflow hosts this website and stores form submissions. Everfit hosts the membership, programs and payment flow. Google provides the email account through which applications are received and answered.
Each of these providers processes data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Because the company is established in the United States and our providers are US based, your information is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards offered by those providers, including standard contractual clauses.
Applications that do not result in coaching are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of the decision, and are then deleted.
You can ask for access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or object to how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address listed above. If you are in the European Union and believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
These terms govern your use of embodyway.co and the services sold through it, operated by YASSIRTRAINER USA INC. By purchasing a membership, a program or coaching, you accept these terms.
The EmbodyWay membership gives you access to our online movement programs and community for as long as your subscription is active. It is billed monthly in US dollars and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Any price shown in euros is an approximate conversion for reference; the amount charged is the dollar amount.
1:1 coaching is a personal service with a minimum initial commitment of three months, paid in full before the coaching period begins. Submitting an application does not reserve a place and does not create a contract. A place is confirmed only once the application has been accepted and payment has been completed.
In person workshops are booked and paid for separately from the membership.
You can cancel the membership at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
EmbodyWay provides movement education and coaching. It is not medical care. Nothing on this site or in any program, workshop or coaching session is a medical diagnosis, treatment or prescription, and it does not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
Physical training carries risk. You take part voluntarily and you are responsible for deciding whether a given exercise is appropriate for you on a given day. If you have an injury, a medical condition, or are returning from either, consult a health professional before beginning. We may ask for their clearance before progressing certain movements.
You agree to give accurate information in your application and to tell us if something relevant about your health or circumstances changes during the process. Coaching depends on that honesty to be safe and useful.
All programs, videos, written material and other content belong to YASSIRTRAINER USA INC. Your purchase gives you a personal, non transferable right to use them. You may not share your account, redistribute the material, or use it to teach or resell without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
