THE FOUNDATION

The Rings Body Program

Where your practice begins. A foundation. A direction. A body you can trust. The rings are the most honest tool you can train with—they reveal exactly where your strength comes from and meet you exactly where you are.

WHO THIS IS FOR

The Rings Body Program is designed for four types of people

No matter where you are in your movement journey, this program meets you there.

The Beginner Who Wants Clarity

Someone who's never touched rings or feels intimidated by them. You want direction, safety, and a foundation built the right way.

The Intermediate Who Lost Structure

You've tried things on your own. You made some progress. But you're inconsistent, unsure, or stuck. You want a path you can follow without guessing.

The Mover Who Wants More Intelligence

You already train calisthenics, weights, yoga, movement... but you want the strength and joint control that only rings can build.

The Explorer Who Wants To Express More

You crave creativity and fluidity, but without the strength and structure, your expression stays limited. This gives you the base for all of it.

"The rings don't lie. They show you exactly where you are."

WHY WE START HERE

Because without a foundation, nothing else lasts.

Many people look at rings and see something intimidating. Shaking. Unstable. Reserved for "advanced" athletes. But that's the myth. The truth is: rings are the most honest tool you can train with. They build the type of body that can do anything afterward.

Real pulling strength
Clean pushing mechanics
Scapular intelligence
Joint resilience
Tension control
Full-body coordination
Confidence under instability
THE 8-WEEK TRAINING RHYTHM

Every level follows the same honest rhythm

A simple, repeatable pattern that teaches your body how to grow without burnout or confusion.

WEEK 1

Introduce

Learn the movements. Find your range. Establish the foundation for the cycle.

WEEK 2

Add Volume

Build capacity. Increase the work while maintaining quality and control.

WEEK 3

Raise Intensity

Push your limits. Challenge the body with harder progressions.

WEEK 4

Reload

Let the body adapt. Recover, integrate, and prepare for the next cycle.

LEVEL-BY-LEVEL BREAKDOWN

Four levels. One honest path.

So you know exactly where to begin—and where you're headed.

LEVEL 01
RINGS BODY — LEVEL 1

Foundation

You learn discipline through structure.

RB1 is where everything starts. The rings shake, they challenge you, they tell the truth. But that honesty is what makes them powerful. This level gives you the raw materials: strength, muscle, joint resilience, and control. No skills. No complexity. No noise. Just structure.

PREREQUISITES TO START
None. If rings intimidate you, RB1 is written for you.

LEVEL 02
RINGS BODY — LEVEL 2

Curiosity

Strength meets exploration.

RB2 is where things begin to open. You still train with discipline and control... but now curiosity enters the room. Small tasks. Light improvisations. New angles, new transitions. You begin to move with the rings instead of just controlling them.

PREREQUISITES TO START
You completed RB1 or can perform its upper-range reps
5–8 clean ring rows
5–8 clean ring push ups (feet elevated optional)
You feel stable under basic ring tension
INTERMEDIATE
EXPLORATION
CREATIVITY
LEVEL 03
RINGS BODY — LEVEL 3

Precision

Strength becomes clarity.

RB3 is where the rings demand more intention. Progressions get harder. Transitions get cleaner. Your technique becomes sharper. Your exploration deepens— you connect patterns, shift directions, combine lines of tension, and start feeling how rings want to move with your body.

PREREQUISITES TO START
You completed RB2 or can perform its progressions with control
8–12 ring rows
8–12 ring push ups
20–30 second active hang
You feel confident maintaining tension under instability

LEVEL 04
RINGS BODY — LEVEL 4

Integration

This is where your structure supports true expression.

RB4 is where everything you built comes together. The strength. The curiosity. The rhythm. The control. You're not just learning movements—you're shaping your own way of practicing. Exploration becomes expression. The rings no longer expose instability. They support your creativity.

PREREQUISITES TO START
You completed RB3 or own the upper range of its progressions
10–15 ring push ups
10–15 ring rows
30+ second active hang
You're ready to express movement, not just practice it
